P&I Claims Specialist, Inc. (PICSI) was conceived in 2013 with the aim to provide assistance to the various P&I Clubs and its Members, Ship Owners, Carterers, Operators and Managers, Ship Agents, Manning Agents, and other parties concerned in respect to third party liabilities.
Our committment is to provide immediate and effective response to any situation.
We put emphasis on quality and hands on service, ensuring prompt and efficient action to prevent unnecessary delays, thereby reducing the risk of exposure to claims and liability.
We continually pursue innovation and improvement in the claims handling process, with the objective of being the leading correspondent and service provider in the country.

OUR OFFICE
We are strategically located along Roxas Boulevard in Manila, within the vicinity of various goverenment and port authorities as well as the three major ports of Manila. These include the Bureau of Customs (BOC), Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID), Philippine Port Authorities (PPA), Philippine COast Guard (PCG), National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Manila International Container Port (MICP), Manila South Harbour, and the Harbour Ccenter.
As our company grows, satellite offices will be established in key cities in the Philippines to ensure immediate and effective response to situations.
